Termite Control
SERVICE: We have been treating Subterranean and Formosan termites in all types of structures since 1951. Our master termite technicians are certified and experienced in conventional treatments and the installation and monitoring of the Sentricon Colony Elimination System.
FREQUENCY: Preventative systems can be installed any time of year and our technicians service each system annually.

WHEN TO CALL: When you suspect an invasion or need preventative treatment. It’s best to start service BEFORE you have an invasion due to the destructive nature of termites. If you do not have a prevention system in place and notice mud tubes near the exterior of your home, crumbling wood, and/or peeling or bubbling paint resembling water damage, call our office for an inspection.
General Pest Control
SERVICE: We offer extermination and preventative service that covers roaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, mice and rats. Our quality general pest control services are available for homes, businesses, and industry.
FREQUENCY: Your choice! We offer monthly, every other month, quarterly, and one-time service. No contracts required. If you’re not sure what option to choose, your technician can offer suggestions based on your treatment needs.
WHAT’S THE THREAT: Common domestic pests can spread diseases, infest and contaminate food areas and cause damage to your home.
WHEN TO CALL: When you see or hear pests around your home or find signs of invasion.
Flea Treatment
SERVICE: Full flea treatment consists of treating both the interior of the home and the exterior around the home and yard with a safe, effective flea-elimination application.
FREQUENCY: As needed.
WHAT’S THE THREAT: Fleas carry diseases as well as bite humans and pests. They reproduce rapidly, so treating them immediately is key to a quick removal process.
WHEN TO CALL: At the first sign of fleas in your home. You may see your pet scratching more, find tiny black dots on their fur or notice bites on yourself.
Vertebrate Pests
SERVICE: We offer inspections, consultations and services for the elimination of vertebrate pests such as rats and mice.
FREQUENCY: Every other month.
WHAT’S THE THREAT: Rodents can cause serious health concerns, as they are known vectors of disease, carrying harmful parasites and causing contamination to food. Additionally, due to their constant gnawing, rodents have been known to cause many household fires by chewing on electrical wiring.
WHEN TO CALL: If you find signs of gnawing on furniture, chewed paper or food containers, or you see/hear the pests in your home. It is important to have our bait stations set up as soon as you’re aware of their presence to avoid costly and dangerous damage to your home.
Snake Control
SERVICE: Our technicians apply a snake repellant in the area of activity to repel them. This can be applied in and around homes, offices and industrial sites.
FREQUENCY: Monthly – during summer months only.
WHAT’S THE THREAT: Snakes often carry salmonella bacteria, and venomous snakes can cause serious injury if they bite you.
WHEN TO CALL: Snake control and removal should be initiated as soon as there is evidence of them living in your yard, garage, crawlspace, or shed. Don’t risk getting bitten by a potentially venomous snake.
Carpenter Bees, Wasps and Hornets
SERVICE: Extermination and removal of bee, wasp or hornet nests.
